Staff Writers
As a staff writer, you’ll contribute original ideas and write engaging content that speaks to the 20-Something Files audience. This is a great opportunity to build your writing portfolio, share your voice, and be part of a fun, growing community.
Junior Editors
Junior editors will help refine and polish content from staff writers and external contributors. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with AP style, and has a strong eye for clarity and consistency.
Senior Editors
Senior editors will manage our blog across the website and Substack, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the editorial process. This role offers the opportunity to shape content while overseeing smooth operations, supporting both the team and the overall editorial vision.
Graphic Designers
Graphic designers will create engaging, eye-catching social media posts. We’re looking for someone with a strong attention to detail, understands visual storytelling, and can maintain a cohesive brand identity. Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
Content Strategists
Content Strategists will plan, develop, and manage content across written, visual, and audio formats. We’re looking for someone who is organised, understands the 20-Something Files vision, and can bring fresh, creative ideas to the team.
Community & Social Coordinator
The Community & Social Coordinator plays a key role in keeping our 20-Something Files Discord community engaged, checking in with members, and supporting our social media presence. We’re looking for someone who wants to connect with like-minded twenty-somethings, share ideas, and help shape a fun, inclusive online space.
